ORDERING:

We accept orders by phone, mail, fax and email. On all orders we require written instructions even if you have discussed the order by phone with one of our staff. Written instructions can be faxed, emailed or mailed but they will be required prior to any work beginning on your action or barreled action. We normally ship via UPS whenever possible, with the exception of Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and International orders. We have found the US Mail to be the best option for shipment to these areas. Remember when placing your order to give us a UPS street address and please include your phone number in case we have any questions on your order.

CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS: Top

In order to limit any confusion for the customer & our company it is necessary to require "WRITTEN" notification of changes or cancellations, you can send your changes or cancellations via email, fax or US mail. Changes or cancellations will not be honored without written authorization. As stated below in payment options & terms all deposits are non-refundable. If you have paid for your order in-full up front you will be refunded the full amount less the required deposit which is non-refundable.

PAYMENT OPTIONS & TERMS: Top

Barreled actions and complete rifles require a deposit but action only orders do not require a deposit. Deposits on barreled action order is 35% of the total purchase price. Deposits on complete rifles is 50% of the total purchase price. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. The balance of your order including shipping and handling charges is due before we will ship out the order.

We accept payments via cash, cashiers check, personal check, money order or Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

REFUND POLICY: Top

If you believe that there is a defect in your action, barreled action or custom rifle you can return it to us and we will check the action or barrel to ensure that there are no defects. If a defect is found in your action we will do everything possible to correct this defect or we will replace the action. Montana Rifle Company reserves the final decision as to whether the item is repaired or replaced.

If you decide to cancel your order and it has NOT shipped out, you will be refunded your total purchase price less the required deposit amount (which as stated above is non-refundable). All refunds are processed within 30 days.

Please note if you are returning an item it "MUST" be returned in the original condition and original packaging. If the item is not returned in the orginal condition, Montana Rifle Company reserves the right to charge any additioanl fees necessary to return the item to its original condition. Once a barreled action or complete rifle has been shipped there will be no refunds without Authorization. A standard 25% RESTOCKING FEE will also be applied.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES: Top

The shipping fee for actions is $30, barreled actions is $35 and complete rifles is $45. If you are in Alaska or Hawaii your shipping charges may be higher.

Please note that we now require an adult signature to receive your barreled action at the FFL holder, so please ensure that the UPS address that you give us has an adult available to sign for the return shipment.

On C.O.D. orders there will an additional charge of $8.50.

SAFETY Top

MRC firearms should only be purchased and used in complete compliance with all laws; national state and local. All suggestions for use in this catalog, or in any MRC literature, must be taken within the context of these laws. Customers and dealers are required to comply with all applicable laws.

One must never assume a firearm is unloaded until both the chamber and magazine are empty and the magazine is remmoved. Even then, all established rules of firearm safety must always be followed.

Firearm safety is every gun owner's responsibility. Use and store all firearms safely. Teach everyone in your home, especially children proper firearm safety.
