MODEL 1999 MONTANA SHORT ACTIONS

The second action in our line of actions is our Short Action. It is currently available in 415 Stainless Steel and 4140 Chrome Moly in Right and Left Hand.

This action will handle any cartridge from the 243 Winchester up to any of the Winchester Short Magnum Length cartridges.

It comes standard with one of two different magazine boxes. One for standard cartridges that has an internal magazine length of 3.125" and one for the Winchester Short Magnum Cartridges.

The action is available with either a standard bolt face of .473" or a magnum bolt face of .534" depending upon the cartridge of the rifle you are building.
